Correction of the local area search function with the location field

Introdcution

According to version 4.0 of the plugin, the local area search (geoPosition) should also work with the city field. It says that country, radius and at least city or postal code are required. With country, radius + zip code it works perfectly. Not with country, radius + city.

User Story

As a real estate agent, I want to make sure that the local area search works properly even if I enter the city name instead of the postal code, so that I can serve my clients' search queries more flexibly and efficiently.

This correction ensures that the local area search for real estate agents works reliably and user-friendly with both place names and postal codes, which significantly improves flexibility and efficiency when searching for properties.

Task / Requirements

[ ] Analysis of the existing implementation of the local area search.
[ ] The local area search also returns correct results with country + local area + city.
[ ] Start from the geographical center of the city. Similar to how Google does it.
