Add more explanation to the API version #28

Added more explanation what the latest and stable really means.

The API server will redirect, according to whether the customer is a beta or live customer. All you can do by choosing "latest" or "stable" is getting faster results.

I think I get it now, after an internal discussion with @dkaisers. I think we need to adapt the code first before we add some extra explanation here.
