Goal To let users know which networks are Poster supported.

Tasks

~Describe the list of networks supported by Poster i.e where the Poster.sol contract was deployed and an RPC/Subgraph provider is available.~
[ ] Provide users with ways to add and switch networks within Poster.

Removing list of supported networks as for the time being Gnosis chain will be the only one considered to be used due to its low cost. We might change this later, but for simplicity for now this is the case.
