Add a new intent for OnaCollection #38

In addition to the existing ODKCollect intent, add a new OnaCollect intent.

Have OnaCollect handle both of these intents. Have edit within OnaCollect only execute the OnaCollect intent so users do not get the option to choose apps once they are already within OnaCollect.
