Hope this won't consume much power @koros.

Yeah, its not a continuously running service but rather a service that get triggered after a timely interval like an Alarm or pending intent on Android, so the service isn't actually running cont. but it rather gets triggered after every 10 mins and if there is nothing new it exits gracefully
