Ona Collect crashes after selecting "Get Blank Form" and entering the correct account password. #51

Software and hardware versions

Ona Collect 1.4.12-2 (1065), Android v 4.4.4, Samsung

Steps to reproduce the problem

Input incorrect Ona password under the General settings or when signing in on the app. Once you select Get Blank Form a pop up window appears for you to enter the correct credentials and once you click on "ok" the app crashes.

Expected behaviour

When the correct password is entered after selecting Get Blank Form, the form list should appear and the password should also be changed in the General settings option.

You should not be able to Sign in on the app with incorrect account credentials.

Other information

Works well on ODK Collect v1.4.16
