Broadcast messages for the following events to be used with the messaging external app:

[ ] When the account is changed in the settings
[ ] When the server URL is changed in the settings
[ ] When a new form is downloaded
[ ] When a form's schema is deleted
[ ] When the user starts filling a blank form
[ ] When the main activity is displayed
[ ] When the main activity is closed
