Duva Connector Support Issues #39

Environment (local, stage, preview, production) ona.io

Describe the bug There are four issues raised by Caritas with the Duva Connector:

Issue No. 1 - Autosync not working Currently, the sync does not work. When you make a submission on Ona, it should reflect on Tableau but this is not the case. Even the manual refresh doesn't seem to work.

Issue No. 2 - Advanced Export Options not all displaying when Beta is Enabled If the new data view is enabled, some of the choice options seem to be missing. Please see below screenshot on the same: image

Issue No. 3 - Tableau token expires or is removed after some time Tableau token is removed after a certain time. Even after creating and recreating it, the new connection is not shown after refreshing the page: image

This happens even though the created Tableau Prep (hyper) connection is shown when clearing the cookies of https://duva.ona.io.

Issue No. 4 - The name of Tableau connection seems to be missing after creation Most of the time, after the connection is created, its name doesn't appear. image
