Multiple languages in external CSV data not pulled in select questions #38

When using select_one_from_file to pull data from external CSV files with multiple languages, only variables in the first language as defined in both XLSForm and CSV get pulled. The responses in the other languages are not displayed. Only the radio buttons show up.

Martijn says that this is an Enketo bug and he was asking if Ona could pick up the issue. See more details in this issue https://github.com/enketo/enketo/issues/343.
