@rehammuzzamil from your latest commit, why are we restricting the Structure Maps to those with ids 1000, 2000 and 3000??

Updated @ndegwamartin It was mistakenly added, it was a confiiguration file used for the tests.

I've updated the documentation to add the SYNC Filter Ignored Queries configuration. It should be ready for review/merge
