We have identified a test debt in our codebase where two custom endpoints, namely PractitionerDetails and LocationHierarchy, has missing unit tests.

Create unit test files for PractitionerDetails and LocationHierarchy endpoints.
Write test cases for various scenarios, including success cases, error handling, and edge cases.
Ensure the tests cover the functionality of these endpoints and capture their expected behavior accurately.
