Allow passing in a resource ID : change post request to put so you can create resource with ID passed in

Is this script being used by anyone so far? If not, we can switch to the efsity uploader task

It was used by Fikri, who provided the feedback above Plus I think they are just quick fixes, shouldn't take time But yes, will definitely be starting on scoping the efsity uploader today as well
