[Bug Report]: The team assignment button is missing on EUSM web [1.0] #1429

How to replicate

  1. Log in to the EUSM web 1.0 production.
  2. Navigate to the side menu, and to the team management section. Observe.
  3. The button to the assign locations to teams is missing. image

This should not show up on eusm prod, since team assignment is done on the mission profile view.
