[ ] Make the PO optional. User should be able to enter this or leave it out.
[ ] Serial number - make this editable when adding inventory to a SPs (is there a reason this is not editable at the moment?)
[ ] Update the form tile to Add Service Point Inventory.

serial number is enabled once the product is selected and deemed an attractive item

@peterMuriuki let's hide the serial number and only show it if it an attractive/asset item.
