Expired products i.e. products beyond their accountability period are still available on the service point inventory list.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] When the accountability period of an item is reached, this items should be removed from the list of inventory items for a service point.
[ ] On Android, the user should not be able to see these items.
[ ] Add a tab with historical inventory - this will show all the products that were assigned on a service point but are beyond the accountability period.
