[Map] Symbol layers should be colorable #53

Symbol icons rendered in MapBox symbol layers should be able to be different colors. Right now, due to the default icon set we are using, we cannot color them but we should be able to include our own icons. Ideally they would be vectors which can be colored on the fly, otherwise we'll have to include a few color variations of each.

The solution here is to make sure the Mapbox stye includes colored versions of the icons.
