Add selector for the following indicators

• vas_6_11 - VAS (6-11m)
• vas_12_59 - VAS (12-59m)
• vas_6_59 - VAS (6-59m) (Default)
• vas_6_59_f - (VAS 6-59m female)
• vas_6_59_m - (VAS 6-59m male)
• admin_pecs_6_59 (Admin PECs 5-59m)
• admin_nat_6_59 - (Administrative 6-59m)
• pecs_admin_delta - (PECs Administrative Delta)
• dw_1259 - Deworming (12-59m)

@mberg are you able to build something like the attached? There are some small things that would help a lot such as making sure the map is full browser height and consolidating navigation into as few elements as possible. I still don't quite understand how these indicators work with the timeline, but I hope the image makes sense.

Feedback from Matt:

• admin_nat_6_59 should highlight the entire country
• The deworming link doesn't work
