Change package version to 0.0.0 #148

This is so that the Lerna command that creates releases creates version 0.0.1 correctly.

Couldn't find package "@onaio/react-utils@^0.0.1" required by "@onaio/google-analytics@0.0.0" on the "npm" registry.

^^ Tests are failing because @onaio/google-analytics is depending on a package that has not yet been published.

So we need to remove it first then readd later or?
