Update mapbox version to > android-v6.7.0-alpha.2 #220

This fixes this bug https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/issues/12833 and is related to https://github.com/onaio/kujaku/issues/211 where the host application becomes unresponsive

It seems that mapbox SDK version 6.7.2 does not fix this issue, an issue has been openned with Mapbox to report this at https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/issues/13669
