Integrate the GeoWidget's Sample App with the CGR Adaptor #236

The GeoWidget's Sample app needs to demonstrate the process of integration with the Terraframe Common GeoRegistry Adaptor at https://github.com/terraframe/common-geo-registry-adapter

Steps:

[ ] Work with Terraframe to identify a demo location hierarchy to display
[ ] Evaluate the CGR adaptor https://github.com/terraframe/common-geo-registry-adapter/tree/master/java
[ ] Develop an integration between the host app and the adaptor

Terraframe has a demo server up and running but the android adapter has some few issues.

I have initially noted SOME of these issues on the repository and we can later discuss with Terraframe (during our first meeting - not yet decided) at length on how to go about them and what they think about the issues raised

This issue has been blocked since the latest CGR adapter artifact has not yet been published. Publishing of the CGR is pending bug fixes and development completion
