Unable to become a member of an organization #13

I tried to add myself to the Ona org that Matt set up on rapidpro.ona.io. See below:

I got the email in my inbox, but when I click on the link to accept the invite, I'm taken to app.rapidpro.io instead of rapidpro.ona.io, and it shows a message when I scroll to the bottom of the page that the invitation link has expired. See below:

As a result, I'm unable to add any other members to an organization on our RapidPro instance.
