Add location support for messenger #15

Right now if you send your GPS for telegram it saves it as a location in RapidPro. FB messenger does not recognize the GPS point though. We need to extend the FB message handler to handle GPS points in the same way telegram does.

Once we do this, we should do a PR back to RapidPro.
