Repeating a trigger more than once a day.

Currently one can only repeat messages once a day at the minimum. If possible we want to have random scheduling but we want to be able to run triggers multiple times a day.

Implementation ideas:

• [ ] Write a script to run a celery task
  • [ ] Multiple times a day for a given RapidPro group multiple times a range of time (e.g once a day, 3 times a week)
  • [ ] Message each user only once during the schedule
  • [ ] Have the time that you message each sub group be random
• [ ] Update RapidPro:
  • [ ] Break a rapidpro group into subgroups and then call a trigger randomly on each sub group based on a schedule
  • [ ] Update the RapidPro UI to reflect this functionality
