Enhancement: Fuzzy Search Feature #800

In the search field, please kindly put the fuzzy search feature. Dr. Anu told me that ONA has created apps with this feature before, so this feature can be available for this apps

Fuzzy search for what? We need a better explanation. We haven’t implemented to my knowledge beyond a very basic way. We don’t have unlimited scope on this work

@mberg for the search field in the apps, to match the pattern approximately because we need to search it with the exact name to be detected on the search field.

We can sort by date of patient creation and this is addressed in https://github.com/onaio/rdt-standard/issues/774.

@vincent-karuri but I think, it is still necessary to have this.

even with the current implementation, it doesn't need the exact name to find a patient

@ellyasafaa this is out of scope. SID may assign someone from their team to work on it.
