Data not Populating on reveal stage for IRS Reporting #1181

[ ] We have data that has been submitted against the plan "IRS Reporting: IRS 2020-08-17 Namibia Test" which includes addition of structures and spray forms. However, the data is not showing up on the IRS reporting dashboard. Could we investigate on what is causing this? See screenshot below:

@samkanga we do not have Namibia IRS reports running for Reveal stage.

Reveal Stage is still configured for Zambia IRS (this has not changed since the live fire test.)

@moshthepitt I didn't have this information. What does it take to enable the Namibia IRS reports on stage? In the meantime I will do another test against the "test OA" on the production instance.

@samkanga it means redeploying the Canopy database so that it can match the one used for Namibia
