RVL-1252 Multiple Entries showing for Individual Users with the same date under IRS Performance Reporting #1350

[ ] For some SOPs e.g. " Nch > tlanch1 > George Mwamba", the dashboard is showing multiple entries with the same day but with differing details. See sample screenshot below:

@samkanga we have reports for same day but of different operational locations. My thinking is that SOP on that particular day worked on two different location. Should i sum the data for day with this cases? cc @moshthepitt
