Data missing on web UI for a created plan #1649

tested this using: test user: Onatest APK :Reveal stage 6.0.0-RC5 Namibia work flow Plan name: Dynamic-IRS 2021-08-04 wed

created a plan. assigned it to user Onatest logged to the apk and added data synced data check on the UI on the plan theres no data showing
