Wifi MAC Address is not available on Android M devices and above #122

When adding a new household, an error occurs even though all required fields and settings are filled.

This occurs on devices with the following characteristics:

  1. non-SIM card android devices
  2. Wifi is turned off
  3. Android version 6 and above
