ODK Collect updated to use scoped storage as per Play Store guidelines
Legacy storage policy can be used upto apps targeting Android 10 but ODK Collect has forced automatic migration to use scoped storage.
The steps app updates a media file in ODK Collect. The media file is used in the pulldata function
Scoped storage is protected storage and cannot be accessed by another app
