Authentication process from the Steps App

As discussed @ciremusyoka we agreed that

On the android app a user will enter their username and password for ODK
This username and password will be checked (in addition to the survey ID) in Ona data
Using Basic Oauth and this request: https://esurv.afro.who.int/static/docs/profiles.html#retrieve-user-profile-information
This will ensure that if the details are verified, the endpoint will return 200 and data will be submitted
with an error message, the user will be requested to check the settings page to confirm the details are correct before data can be submitted
