Error when interview now is selected

One of the MOPH users is getting the error below when they select Interview Now. We have not been able to replicate the error on our end. The user is, therefore, unable to carry out an interview.

I've gone through the in-depth Steps & ODK collect code and found the cause of the bug. Let me try to explain in points.

What currently is happening:

• ODK collect support to have multiple projects. Note consider the first one is the default project.
• Steps app finds the form by using the form-id. Note search is only working in the default project.
• When the user taps the interview now button, ODK will find the form in the default project. Because we only provide only form-id.
• In the Steps setting page we have a form-id which also finds the form only default ODK project because we don't have a project-id.

What we need to do in ODK collect:

• Need to add the functionality that will provide the list of projects and selected projects on request from the external app.

What we need to do in Steps:

• Add another field on the setting page that will help to find the project-id from ODK collect. Note field will support auto-complete feature just like form-d.
• Before the interview may need to change the project in ODK collect if the interview form is not relevant to the active project in ODK. Note if the form is not relevant the error dialog will help on what to do next.

How to reproduce the error: Just before the interview go to the ODK collect app and switch the project.

Timeline: Changes in steps take 2 - 3 days and ODK estimates around 2 - 4 days depending on the workflow.
