Make import/export url fields non-mandatory for Playstore app version #94

Currently, the import/export url fields in the app are required, and one cannot leave the settings page until they're filled. For the app store version, STEPS team has requested to make these fields non-mandatory, since users downloading app from the store will not need to enter any field here.

Workaround in the meantime is to enter a random string, e.g., null

We can consider this in future if we need to do another release. Will put wont-fix tag on for now.
