Add power point export option for results based on the results filters applied. #364

User story

Create an export to power point option on the form results template for exporting results in power point format. This requirement require's a bit of testing to get a working skeleton before scoping the full technical requirements.

This issue will be closed by https://github.com/onaio/tally-ho/issues/362. I have moved the technical scope to that issue since they are tightly coupled to each other.
