Reconciliation section missing from Women'd race form #395

The Women's race form doesn't have the Reconciliation section as shown in the attached screenshot.

This could be a data issue

So forms from these centres will just have the results section and no Reconcilliation section.

@mrajayp okay, now this clarifies why the section is not included
