Date on Table view is not same as date on Enketo(Webform) #13

There are 2 date formats on Quality Improvement Survey - 26 September 2015 form:

When you try to edit a record that has mm/dd/yyyy format, the date on the table view is off by a day on Enketo. This is happening to me (Kenyan Timezone) but does not happen to @cagulas (Eastern Us Time Zone).

Thanks @jmunene for discovering this and documenting the scenario. When Jonathan changed his computer date and time settings to US East Coast time, the date was not off by one day, but when he switched his computer datetime settings back to Nairobi time, again the date was off by one day.

Relatedly, does anyone know why there are two date formats in the table view, i.e., mm/dd/yyyy, as seen in the screenshot above, while another form in the same account has the exact same date field, but those dates show up as yyyy-mm-dd?

@jmunene I updated all dates to the right format. Can you check this same record again and see if this is still an issue for you? Thanks.
