[ ] module needs to be made aware of an incoming erc20 token. chainlink keeper? uma oracle? gelato?

uma: oracles for signing natural language statements. not useable for us
risc0's bonsai: run computation offchain. could try to run a subgraph query or something but still would need to be triggered externally. not useable for us

other bounties are even less related. will prob have to go a known route (chainlink/gelato) and make sure it supports mainnet+gnosis+polygon
