Solution: do not plot anything until all data is ready, related issue #7 .
When selecting “custom” data without uploading any custom data, multiple error messages appear in the different plot sections.
e.g.: error in evaluating the argument 'data' in selecting a method for function 'ggplot': Error: Please upload Association file
