Delete design from database #224

It would be nice to be able to delete a saved design (using sqlite backend) I wanted to change the name of a design. I had to save it under a new name. That's fine, until I looked for a "delete design" button and there was none.

Sounds like a reasonable feature. I am out of time right now though (PRs gladly accepted).
