Collaborative version is down #297

As at Friday 28th August, I was unable to access the collaborative version mentioned in the docs: http://bharat.whiteboard.jit.su/

That is unfortunate. The linked version is, however, totally out of my reach/control. Perhaps @bharatpatil can provide some insight?
