for the rsicc account, I followed the directions from the email forwarded from clarno, the webpage does not allow me to submit. I think its a webpage error so I will try on my mobile phone or on another browser.

RSICC only works in Firefox for me.

I am using firefox, for some reason the submission button won't work even when I fill out all the fields, do you have any other ideas?
