Data folder not created with installation script #70

For some reason in the latest fresh installations of ComparEval, the data folder is missing and needs to be created manually. This is potentially a bug

I think this has been always the case. Originally, ComparEval did not allow upload via web/API, so the only option was the manual upload to the data folder. And the instructions say: "the data folder must exist before you run bin/watcher.sh". That said, feel free to create it unless it already exists e.g. within bin/install.sh.
