URL based authentication feature #4

Not all systems as MindTouch Deki is supporting basic authentication for REST 
services.

So it will be great if there is implemented a way to authenticate using URL 
parameters. Possibly the same way as with Basic authentication in HTTP 
request header, but this authentication token to be passed via URL.
This should be secure as much as Basic HTTP authentication if is transferred 
over HTTPS.
