I cant read my card #4

I use pi3 , I see this, so one step by step i do, but nothing print , no error,no uid, I waste a day to fix , but i am fail. I think it is my gpio not right ,can you tell me how i should do. I use Physical pin same to you , but I think it is not right with pi3

It should be, theoretically, fixed now
