Add an option to disable the view counter and build a static site #46

I'm trying to do this, I removed the Vercel package and all mentions to it, I'm just stuck on this view counter thing. I'd love some help, and perhapd this can become an option in the config.

Hey @mikwee The view counter can be disabled now with the latest update (a6171c532d05a60d2cb49c9a42891165f4c6e9ed). Please refer https://github.com/one-aalam/astro-ink#how-to-start for the instructions on the first-time setup and static builds.
