unable to Install #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on install button from app store
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Gives this error message - "Package is invalid. Details: Default locale is 
defined but default data couldn't be loaded"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry but we can't reproduce this bug. Could you try it again? If it still 
happens, could you provide more information like which language you use and 
what version your Chrome is?
