Text overlaps when adding dbl line break #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create text box
2. Add a couple lines of text then hit enter twice
3. Add more text
4. Save file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: two paragraphs of text
Actual: second paragraphs overlaps first

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7/Chrome 11.0.696.77
