"Screen Capture Options" AUTOLOADING on MAC 10.5 #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any time I Start Chrome
2. (after system and/or application re-start)
3. (after clearing Chrome Cache and deleting Chrome plist preferences files)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do NOT expect to see the Screen Capture Options page until I call it

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Screen Capture (by Google) - Version: 5.0.1
Google Chrome   12.0.742.100 (Official Build 88853)
Mac OS X 10.5.8 (9L30)

Please provide any additional information below.
