shortcut keys don't work in Gmail #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to Gmail
2. press ctl-alt-R (or other shortcut key)

What is the expected output?
Screen goes into "region capture" mode.

What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Screen Capture 5.0.3
Chrome 16.0.912.21
Windows 7
