menu under layered image captured #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.capture screen region
2.hover mouse over any of the extension tool bar
3.tool menu will be layered under the image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
menu should be layered above the image so user is able to see the function

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ubuntu 10.04 
chrome_version = 22.0.1229.56

Please provide any additional information below.

Same problem can be seen while using Google Chrome version 22.0.1229.79 m 
running on MS Windows 7 Professional.

Same issue with Google Chrome 22.0.1229.92 m on MS Win XP Pro.  I use this tool 
everyday, frequently to explain issues to our dev and clients.  Thanks
