Tools options Faulty on Windows system #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Capture image
2. Select tools
3. Tools show underneath the image, not above the captured image.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tools options should show above captured image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7, Win XP & latest Chrome Stable.

Please provide any additional information below.

Having same issue on OSX Chrome Version 23.0.1271.91

This extension seems dead, nobody takes care of it anymore.
